Hands on workshop for those interested in learning how to process their own meat birds and fill the freezer.
Adults and students welcome *Parent required to sign up with student depending on age*
Class size is limited so each can have plenty of hands on experience and instruction so you can leave confident in your new skill.
Bring a bag or cooler! Each participant gets one processed bird to take home.
