Ready to learn how to fill your freezer with chicken?

We'll discuss everything from ordering your broiler mean chicks to packaging for the freezer. 

It is a HAND ON class. 

Adults and students welcome *Parent required to sign up with student depending on age*

Class size is limited so each can have plenty of hands on experience and instruction so you can leave confident in your new skill. 

You'll want to wear shoes you don't mind getting wet AND bring a bag or cooler! Each participant gets one processed bird to take home. 

Gloves & aprons are provided.
